In my devotions this week I read "A child looks at the world with wide, inquisitive eyes. … Bugs, flowers, lizards, and even dirt merit the child’s time and attention. The simplest acts take on holy significance. To see the world through a child’s eyes … can be a real spiritual discipline" Slowing down and looking for the simple quiet things in life can be hard sometimes as a busy working adult, I am so thankful God has granted me the opportunity to see life through Gregg & Simone's eyes, to slow down and cherish what I have today because today is the only day for this moment.
